Phillip Qualls started Emerald Coast Senior Care with one thing in mind and that was to better provide for his clients. Instead of treating them as a job he goes out and make sure that his clients are treated like family and that is what his whole company is about making it a family based company and not a mainstream company. He has now hired great workers to better serve the community he believes in making someone smile even when they don't feel up to it. When asking him about what makes him come to work everydayhis response is he wants nothing but the best for his clients and anything that he can do to make that happen is what he will strive to do and stop at nothing until that happens. He just became a father to a great boy last year and that makes him do what he does best even more rewarding.
