I called to get my cat a haircut, no bath. I was told it would be 50 dollars. They couldn't get me in for 6 weeks. When I was paying she said my total was 58 dollars. I said I was told it was 50. She said we raise the prices every year and there's tax so.... and she shrugs like oh well deal with it. Sorry but, if you are quoted a price that's what it is. Not my fault you couldn't get me in. And also they should not have cats getting a haircut in the middle of 6 dogs getting a haircut and barking. It's stressful jamenough. I will not be going back there. And the employees need to get some schooling on customer care especially Amanda!!!!!!
