Ema Academy

I am a mother of 3 and a wife of 18 years. My husband is a Chicago Fire Fighter. I come from a family where education is paramount. My mother (Ema) was a teacher/daycare provider and I volunteered at her facility for many years. No job has given me the satisfaction that I feel when I work with children and see the results. I've worked with children on and off for the past 20 years in various capacities. I am dedicated to providing you and your child(ren) a safe, fun, loving and learning environment. I tire of hearing horror stories about children not being provided for properly in daycare. I, too have my own horror story when my daughter was in daycare more than 18 years ago and the provider left the children with her sleeping husband who worked the night shift. He was sleeping so hard he could not hear the doorbell ring nor the crying children in the home. This is why my daycare has indoor cameras. When you drop off your child, I want you to know that your child is safe at E.M.A. Academy. Your child will be taught his/her alphabets, numbers, phonics, how to read etc. Your child will be served a nutritious hot meal daily. Your child will have outdoor will receive We follow a daily activity schedule. Your child will be served a nutritious warm meal daily. Your child will also receive daily outdoor activities and playtime (weather permitting).
