Miss Katrina is a great instructor who is not bothered by questions. She is friendly answers all questions patiently and gives you the confidence to insure that you are completing the course correctly. Her willingness to help and patience was much appreciated and she made the class enjoyable and informative.

This course with Katrina was awesome. It was informative and educational and then it was hands on practice. I loved the way we could ask questions and receive positive feedback. No question was too big or small. It was a great class.

I really enjoyed doing the cpr and first aid class with Katrina Pierce. She is a great instructor on time, friendly, and professional, very knowledgeable. She knew what she was talking about and was very helpful. I recommend her, and would definitely take the course again.

This class was extremely valuable for me, not only to pursue a new career in Healthcare, but to be prepared to act in case an event occurs with my 94 yr young Mother. The instructor, as well as the other class participants made it comfortable and engaging for me since I had no clinical experience.
