The agency is very responsive (they answer my email inquiries and requests within minutes including on weekends) and professional. They provided good caregivers for my mom on a very short notice and were very accommodating. Pricing is on par with others and better than some independent caregivers. Will use them again.

My mom is 92 with health issues requiring a caregiver. For 2 & 1/2 years we used a franchise of a highly rated National agency. In those 2 1/2 years they continually sent inexperienced caregivers; 2 out of 25 were experienced and good. The nationally known agency was not diligente in finding caregivers experienced with my mother's particular needs nor were they interested in finding the right placement. I moved my mother to live with me and began looking for an alternative agency. I found Elite Senior Placement and based on my initial dialogue with them I knew this was a caring & professional agency. Since my mother is healthy and the caregiving she requires is long termI, i knew it would be a matter of finding the right personality and sensitivity to what my mother likes and needs. Via Elite i was surprised at how quickly the right caregiver matches for my mother we're found. have to say the few we tried from Elite that didn't work out were excellent, it was a matter of not the right personality for my mother. I'm also extremely relieved that if a caregiver needs a day off for whatever reason, Elite has made sure there is someone to cover. This is very important for my personal schedule. The customer service at Elite is excellent as well. Never a problem getting in touch with someone there. I highly recommend Elite Senior Placement.

My Aunt had to go to the hospital last year in August 2020 and then she was transferred to a rehab facility and they recommended that when she was released that she needed 24/7 care.
I contacted Elite who was able to get me someone by the time she was released. The caregiver they sent over was very good at taking care of my aunt and all her needs. The service that was provided was very reasonable priced for all that they do daily.
I am very happy to have chance to use their services in our time of need.
We recently had to move my aunt to another facility due to her changing condition and Elite was easy to work with in getting her transferred.
I contacted Elite who was able to get me someone by the time she was released. The caregiver they sent over was very good at taking care of my aunt and all her needs. The service that was provided was very reasonable priced for all that they do daily.
I am very happy to have chance to use their services in our time of need.

I am upset with this service. Today is 7/5. I contacted them on 7/2 and they put me in touch with a caregiver on 7/2 and I interviewed her and we had set up everything for her to come in to take care of my father starting on 7/6. Then suddenly at 5:30 pm today on 7/5, Elite calls me and tells me the caregiver no longer wants to come in. This is ridiculous--if the caregiver didn't want to take care of my father, why didn't she tell me on 7/2, which was the last time I had contact with her? On 7/2 the caregiver made it sound like everything was fine.
And to make matters worse, the agency won't even look for a replacement, even though it's their responsibility to provide a caregiver. And what's laughable is this agency makes a big deal about clients given them "at least two weeks notice" if you don't want to use their services anymore, even though this agency will just bail on you at the last minute like they did with me.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY!!!

Hi Sel, I'm sorry about your experience. We always make sure our clients are satisfied with our Services. When I first spoke to you, you said the schedule will be for at least one week but last minute changed it to only July 6 to July 8. The caregiver then wanted to cancel because of the change of schedule. That is out of our control and tried to convince her to work. We tried to look for a caregiver to replace her but we could not find someone so last minute and for only 2 days, one time service. I really do apologize for what had happened but we never once mentioned you had to give a two week's notice. We knew from the begging this would only be at least one week.

I was referred to Elite by our case manager for Home Care for my Grandfather. I had contacted Kathy and was immediately relieved of stress. Having a background in Case Management, Kathy was very knowledgeable on what my grandfather would need upon discharge and was with us the whole process. She provided us with loving caregivers who are genuinely concerned for his wellbeing and treat him like family. I highly recommend them!!

Kathy is great and helpful!! Working as a case manager in a SNF and I got a last minute discharge on a Friday at 4pm for a discharge on Saturday. I called Kathy and requested to find a caregiver that can take care of my COVID -19 patient the next day. Patient lives in LA and needed a 24hr caregiver ASAP. Pt lives home alone and only family lives in Seattle .
Amazingly she found a female caregiver by 730pm to have the caregiver ready.

I hired Elite Senior Placement for mom who is on hospice and needs 24hrs assistance. I was extremely stressed out trying to find 24hr live in care that was affordable when I received and email from Elite. I called right away and instantly felt at ease. Cathy, the owner is very professional and I was impressed that she was willing to come out the same day to meet us and assess my moms needs so she can find the right fit for her. We currently have Edita who is amazing. She takes great care of my mom, communicates well with me and is extremely helpful. I thank God we found Elite during these extreme times. Thank you Cathy and your team for being such great caregivers.

My grandmother was placed on hospice and our family needed additional help quickly. It is an extremely stressful time and after 2 weeks of 24/7 family care, we all needed some respite. I asked God to bring the right people into our lives to help in this difficult time.
After my interview with the owners I knew they were the right fit. Immediately several caretaker interviews were set up and I selected Carmen as a 24 hour caretaker for my grandmother. She took excellent care of my grandmother until her final days.
The customer service, care, affordability and quality was all excellent. I highly recommend Elite Senior Placement for anyone seeking quality care for their loved one.

I hired Elite Senior Placement to provide care for my mother in her 80's. Erlinda, my mom's caregiver is a hard worker and is very compassionate. My mother loves having her around and that really gives me a peace of mind while at work. She prepares breakfast and lunch, she does light house cleaning, she takes my mom out for a walk for her daily exercises. We are more than happy with the services that she provides. Kathy the nurse also visits my mom regularly which I really appreciate because she is very knowledgeable and is able to provide us with many resources that we didn't know my mom qualified for. We are very thankful for all the help and we are so happy we found this company!
