Elevation Caregiving is a non-medical chronic illness management company. We specialize in hospice care, post rehab care, Parkinson's care and varying forms of dementia including the most well-known form Alzheimer's Disease. We also provide companionship, homemaking and personal grooming. Our client's age ranges from 55 into their 90s. We have been caring for clients since 2011, we're licensed, insured, bonded and in good standing. This makes us one of the premier home care agencies in Central Ohio.
