Elevate Nursing, LLC is locally owned and operated by Lisa Murry, a Registered Nurse with a BSN and more than a decade of nursing experience.
Elevate Nursing was founded to pursue a passion for helping people live as independently as they can with services at home, as well as providing nursing services directly to individuals. Our primary goal is to help individuals lead a fulfilling life in their own home and community, as well as providing their caregivers with all the education they need to help make this a reality.

Medication Management - we review all medications and create a customized pill organization plan to make sure you or your loved one are taking the correct medication and dose at the right time each day.
Wound Care - we provide wound assessment and dressing changes in the privacy of your own home.
Caregiver Education - we offer training to make caring for your loved one easier and safer for both of you.
Independent Living Assessment - we meet with you and your aging adult to provide a comprehensive assessment that consists of: discussing the wishes of the aging adult; discussing how the aging adult is doing in the current living situation; applying various assessment tools to determine the amount and level of care needed; reviewing options; making recommendations based on our findings along with the wishes of our client.
