I needed someone to take care of my brother while I'm away on a business trip. I used Eleon Healthcare to find a home health aide for Richard (my younger brother). They sent me a very experienced lady, who knew how to transfer the person from wheelchair to bed, etc. Besides, the case coordinator told me If anything had happend to tha caregiver and she woludn't be able to show up, the agency guarantees that another caregiver would come for replacement. That was my major concern. But everything was excellent and I'm satisfied with the services and their level of expertise.

Very Reliable and Dependable care. I contacted them to find a home health aide for my 96 years old father. They did their best to send us a nice lady. Moreover, the cost is very affordable which is important too.

I came across with this agency when I was looking for someone to take care of my father who is diagnosed with Parkinson's. I needed a caregiver who can take care of his anxiety issues, involuntary movements and coordination and poor balance. Eleon Healthcare found the right person very quickly and now I don't have to worry, my father is in good hands, and he is watched constantly and what is more important for me is the fact that the home health aide is always on call and is giving me a detailed report how my father is doing. I know for sure, if anything happens, I'll be called and informed right away.

4. We were looking for a caregiver for my girlfriend's grandparents. They live in a private house and they were looking for a caregiver to take care of both. I called a couple of agencies. One of them promised to call and never call back, another told me it's too far within the radius of their services. Eleon Healthcare agreed to take a case. Within 2 days a registered nurse came to my girlfriend's grandparents and on the 3rd day Ian came to take care of them. It's been 2 months Ian is working, and everyone is satisfied. Ian is a good listener and very concerned about the house safety, certain things you may never notice unless you've been working with elderly. For instance, he advised us to remove rugs and he highlighted stairs with tape for the grandparents to see the stairs better. My girlfriend feels much better now when she knows that someone experienced and concerned is watching her grandparents.

We used 2 aides from this agency for my Mom's after stroke recovery. All I can say about Lilly and Eleonora - comunication, collaboration and cooperation. They did their best to maximize my Mom's ability to function and provided personal care in such a way that it improved my Mom's self confidence and optimized her adaptation.

My family moved from Florida and we were looking for someone to take care of my grandfather while my cousin who usually stays with him is away. Katrina offered me a great caregiver Lily. Lily really has a heart for this kind of job and in general, the whole process of hiring was very pleasant and easy. I recommend Eleon!
