My name is Tim and I am the owner of the Frost Security Group in Boca Raton, Florida. Our company has recently enhanced our services to begin assisting families with elderly parents and family members requiring assistance in South Florida.

As a former police officer, I was frequently called to assist our older residents. Meeting with them in their homes, I saw first-hand that most could use some form of help. We were often asked for consultation and advice, helping in reaching out to family, contacting and following up with social services, or any other issue needing attention.

What Elder Watch provides is a service where we check on a client's family member, whether at home or in an assisted living facility. We closely inspect in order to determine if their needs are being met. We speak to Doctors, Nurses, Attendants, and Home Health Aides when needed to ensure that their medical needs and family instructions are taken care of and are being followed. In the home or facility, we check that sinks, toilets, and tubs are in proper working order. We check appliances and look for potential safety hazards. Food and medicine supplies are also checked and inspected and we assist in obtaining supplies when needed. We also provide a report to the client after every visit.

Our firm provides transportation to appointments, shopping, and special events and remain throughout the duration. We will not leave and return later. We utilize the client's vehicles in most cases to ensure that it is in proper working order and is being maintained. We help arrange for home and vehicle maintenance when needed. We have found that our clients prefer to be in their own vehicles even when not driving.
