About Elder Family Services, Llc

Our services are as unique as each family. We cater to the out of town caregiver who need someone to be their eyes and ears locally since they do not live by their parents anymore. We can be available 24/7 for emergencies all the way down to 30 minute well check visits. All visits are documented and information provided to the family member. If the family is out of town and there is a health crisis in the local emergency room, we can be there and through the technology of "face time", we can bring those familymembers right where they want to be, but for whatever reason cannot. They can see and communicate with their family member - it's the next best thing to being there. We can accommodate the elder to Doctor appointments, but we do not transport. We can run errands, including grocery shopping, prescription pick up, take pets to the Vet or to be groomed. We can downsize living spaces, facilitate auction of items and homes, arrange for in-home services such as handymen, hairdressers, house cleaners, those who provide personal care such as bathing and dressing or home health care. Our clients refer to us as their "eyes and ears" for their loved ones. They may live out of town or just be on vacation and we can give them the peace of mind that someone is here to make sure their loved one is safe. Our fees are calculated on a sliding scale during each two week billing cycle. The more hours of service you accumulate during each billing cycle, the lower the hourly rate. All fees are private pay.
