EKD Adult Day Care is a Georgia licensed social program that provides relief and peace of mind for those who need help taking care of a loved one in order to go to work, school, or take care of other important duties.

The program provides non-medical care primarily, social, recreational and cultural activities--to persons 60 years of age or older who are in need of limited personal care assistance; including persons with a probable diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia and for persons who are over 21 years of age but are limited in their ability to perform activities of daily living due to physical, social and/or cognitive impairment.

At EKD Adult Day Care Center, we create a vibrant, stimulating, safe, clean, supportive, affordable and a compassionate environment where participants can enjoy their day while fostering independence. We are family focused and outcome oriented with a qualified staff to ensure the best in service delivery, availability, and effective interpersonal relationships.

Activities include; music, arts and crafts, exercises, cultural activities, field trips, sensory stimulation, self-care assistance, oversight for safety, life skills training, companionship as well as breakfast/snack and lunch. In an effort to complement the care of our participants, we encourage families or friends to participate in our holiday and birthday celebrations and local outings.
