SCOPE OF SERVICES

Entire Home:
Hardwood floors vacuum/mop; Vacuum all carpets; Hand shake all area rugs.
Hand dust and or Swiffer all furniture;
Hand dust and/or Swiffer all cobwebs in ceiling areas and dust light fixtures.
Swiffer baseboards as needed
Clean all windows on doors
Remove fingerprints, smudges or spills from walls, light switches, doors and jams.
Dust windowsills as needed
Dust all air ventilation grills.
Empty all trash cans; (Remove as requested).
Kitchen/Dining Area:
Clean counter-tops and back-splashes, stainless appliances, stove-top; microwave; wipe cabinets
Swiffer dining room chair/table bases as needed
Master suite:
Dust and vacuum
Make Beds and rotate linens if requested
Master Bathroom:
Move all items on counter-top and clean with multipurpose cleaner
scrub sinks and rinse and shine.
Shine mirror with vinegar.
Scrub down the master shower and tub with soft scrub with bleach rinse and shine every visit.
Clean toilet (Pumice when needed).
Hand wash floors and baseboards.
Powder room:
Clean toilet (and pumice as needed), sinks and rinse and shine. Hand wash floors and baseboards.
Laundry room:
Wipe down washer and dryer; Hand wash floors and baseboards.
Miscellaneous:
Report any leaks or malfunctioning toilets and signs of mold.
