We are a 5 Star rated SUTQ preschool program located inside of the East Toledo Family Center a local Community Center. ETFC provides high quality Early Childhood Education for children 3-5 years old not yet age eligible for Kindergarten. Turn 3 prior to Sept 30 of the current year. Our programing runs 6 hours a day year round. Eligibility and tuition rates vary based on income or sliding fee scales. Head Start, ECE through ODE, HOPE Toledo PreK eligibility for those below 200% of the federal poverty level. A sliding fee schedule will give a reduced rate for those between 200% and 300%. Full tuition for those above 400%
