My name is Keyana; Early Start Home Daycare is licensed by the state of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). Early Start Daycare has been in business for twelve years. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I take training throughout the year to be aware of the new and upcoming changes in the field of early learning and development for young children. I have over 20 years of experience working with young children, adolescents, and teenagers. I am married and a mother of three.

Early Start believes that the first years of a child's life are the most important for helping to lay the foundation for all intellectual and emotional development. We also believe that every child is unique and has the right to high-quality child care and age and developmentally-appropriate learning and exploratory environment. We think the environment should help build positive self-esteem, self-discipline, and social and emotional competence. This is how I have chosen to spend my days. I am a very tolerant individual with enormous patience; this, coupled with my love for children, makes me a nurturing childcare provider. Having three children of my own, I understand how difficult it must be to leave your child in someone's care. Because of this, I can appreciate the trust you must put in me daily. Therefore, my goal is to build your trust by being professional, dependable, honest, and, most importantly, caring for your children the same way I would want someone to care for my children.
