Marcelle made a huge bleach stain on my carpet in my master bedroom sitting room and then basically told me that he wouldsee me in court after standing me up for the meeting we were supposidly to have with him and his insurance. I dont believe he has insurance. I also just found out from the family who had originally rec him that he had ruined their kitchen floor. My home and the other families are both new albany homes. Very beautiful expensive homes and marcelle is a thief to think he coukd walk away from the damage he did. I would pay him two hundred dollars and he would stay between two and three hrs i would find out. Amazing. He actually felt his cleaning was worth close to 100 per hiur. Just him and his wife. Wow, his arrogance after his error is going to put me on a mission to be certtain he doesnt get away with this. And they dont getbone star. There wasnt anoption other than to click.

Eagles Cleaning Service did a wonderful job at our home. They left the house looking spotless and smelling great! Our hardwood floors have never looked better! We look forward to their monthly visits!
