We perform a thorough background check on all employees to ensure the best caregivers are hired to meet the family's needs. We also contact the client's medical provider so that the appropriate plan of care is generated for the homecare services. In addition, we will contact long-term and private insurance companies for authorizations, payments and if possible, appeals to get the services that the client needs. We accept private pay as well and a special discount for those who pay for monthly services upfront.
