Dynasty Rose Family Child Care

At Dynasty Rose Family Child Care (DRFCC), we work diligently as educators to help develop healthy beliefs, habits, characteristics, responsibility, self-confidence, life skills, and better attitudes in children in early childhood education. In our seventeen years in working with various age groups in different capacities, we always strive to empower. We aim to Educate children Academically, Emotionally, and Spiritually. We are in Business to Empower children to become self-reliant beings.

We intend to Educate Children Academically by building opportunities to exercise their brains, improve their concentration, curiosity, and memory, help them to develop empathy and self-awareness, while building their knowledge in letters, words, numbers, math, geography, reading, in working together, in working alone, and being creative. We intend to Educate Children Emotionally by bringing awareness to their and others feelings and experiences. Also, by helping them to learn that they are able to communicate what they will allow and disallow in their very own space. We intend to Educate Children Spiritually by bringing awareness of and to the Fruit of the Spirit (FOS). The FOS as expressed in the Bible in the Book of Galatians Chapter 5, verses 22 and 23.

At Dynasty Rose Family Child Care, we desire for the children to receive what we
intend and much more academically, emotionally, and spiritually. Dynasty Rose Family Child Care provides licensed care for infants and school-age children in a loving home setting that allows each child to grow to his or her great potential. We believe in providing family-type developmentally appropriate child care. We strive for a balance of different ages so that the children can learn to accept and appreciate the diversity of each age and stage of growth. We run a child-centered program that focuses on the individual needs of
each child.

We attend to: (1) The children: their health, safety, and developmental needs, (2) The families of the children: their needs and demands, (3) Our own family: their schedules, feelings of jealousy, need for personal time with us and (4) Business Operation: financial, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, and regulatory requirements, Access to many high-quality training sessions.

Also, DRFCC business is governed by regulations and laws. Our job as licensed child care providers is to enforce and uphold all regulations.
