I can't remember ever being without animals. From rabbits to horses, chickens to cats and dogs, I have always cared for animals. Currently I am the proud owner of two Labrador retrievers-Tyler and Gus, two cats-Barkley and Hunter and five chickens-Amelia, Allie, Goldie, Helen and Henrietta. After working in corporate America as an Interior Designer for 15 years, I decided it was time to follow my passion and turn my love and happiness found with animals into a full-time endeavor. I am a certified animal transporter (OTRA certified), volunteering to do animal transport runs for animals escaping kill shelters and going to either a new home or a rescue. I have worked with many animals while doing this. From hyper labs to sedate seniors, whatever the animal in need of transport, it always wins my heart every time. I have studied and passed all FEMA exams in order to do animal rescue in disaster area's. I am certified in animal CPA and First Aid. I have walked animals for shelters and neighbors and friends for many years. I hope to bring this experience to ease the worrying about your animal family members.
