Unable to give zero stars. High pressure sales tactics. Openly admits to knowing she is sending thieves, drug users and criminals to our house to clean. "Welcomes feedback" but when actually given it, she avoids responsibility and blames her employees. Doesn't address them. They've damaged our property and after refusing to renew the contract, they've left it damaged. Avoid like the plague.
