DRIVE COACH TUTOR (BEHIND THE WHEEL ONLY)

We offer driving lessons to teenagers between the ages of 15 and 18 and adults. We have taught many students to drive the busy Texas roads. During the lessons you will drive a well-maintained and insured vehicle equipped with an auxiliary brake for the instructor. ALL STUDENTS NEED LEARNER'S PERMIT. If you feel you need more practice before taking the road test, we can help. If you just need practice or never been behind the wheel, we can help. We can also provide a vehicle for the road test.

Lesson 1-Outside check of the car; pre-drive procedures; briefing on gauges, instruments and controls; hand over hand steering; releasing parking brake, shifting to reverse, backing out or parking space; backing in a straight line, to left to right; pulling to and from curb; neighborhood driving.

Lesson 2-Warm-up with neighborhood driving; establish space management; estimate and maintain following distance; demonstrate and practice driving in reverse and straight lines; practice city driving (lane position and changes, making turns at lights.

Lesson 3- 2 point and 3 point turns; lane changes; U-turns; angle and perpendicular parking; more city driving.

Lesson 4- Parallel parking; U-turns.

Lesson 5-Country Roads including roads with no curbs, no dividing lines, narrow roads curves, hills, blind spots, potholes, etc.; inclement weather, darkness.

Lesson 6 Introducing the Freeway, includes entering and exiting, lane changes, recognizing blind spots and more.

Lesson 7- Review and Test over Lessons 1-7.


We will pick your student up for drive times. You will not have to make any adjustments to your schedule or worry about how your student will get back and forth to class.

$50 per lesson. PAY AS YOU GO!!!!!
