I hired this company for a cleaning of my air bnb about a month ago. I was very disappointed when i got back to inspect the job AFTER i had already paid, shame on me. I have a list of things not done, and frankly I feel like I paid $285 for bed making. One person came for a 5 bedroom house with multiple living areas, kitchen, 2 baths. I have cleaned the house myself and it took me 8 hours by myself. She was done in less than 4. The list of things I noted undone is as follows:
1. Crumbs and hair on the living room side table.
2. Top of toilets not wiped
3. Underside of toilet seats not wiped
4. Bath mat still had soap scum and hair
5. Edge of the dining table had caked on food from a toddler
6. Front of the sink had tomato sauce dripped on it
7. Stove wasn't cleaned
8. Den wasn't vacuumed
9. Den side table still had glass rings all over it (glass top)
I'm really not sure what happened here because talking to her before the clean seemed very positive. We talked about how important the job is for our reviews, and part of me feels badly about this poor review, but she really didn't do a good job. I thought, "did she have to leave to pick up a child or something?" I'll never hire again, and I'm surprised she never reached out to ask me why I haven't called her back. She also used pictures of my bnb for her FB page without asking. Just an awful job.
