I am a certified postpartum doula, certified in infant CPR, adult/child CPR, adult/child AED, Red Cross certified and have extensive experience working both in person and remotely. I am known by my friends and local community as "the British baby whisperer". I can work in your home if you live in the greater Chicago area or I can work via email/Skype/telephone sessions with you from any location in the world.

I offer two different services:

1) DREAM BABY COACHING is for families who live anywhere in the world and who need help with sleeping or feeding problems for babies 2 - 24 months old. I provide a strategy that is focused on your family's specific situation. This strategy includes a 24-hour plan that gives clear instructions for naptime, bedtimes, feedtimes, and night-time sleep training techniques. My plan will be optimized to fit your family dynamics and lifestyle.

2) DREAM BABY POSTPARTUM DOULAS

What is a postpartum doula?

A Dream Baby Postpartum Doula provides education, companionship and nonjudgmental support for you as a new mother.

Assists with newborn care, family adjustment, meal preparation and light household tidying.

Offers evidence-based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, infant soothing and coping skills for new parents and makes appropriate referrals when necessary.
