Hi, My name is LauraLynne - my love language is helping. I'm a postpartum doula, my goal is to help new family transition to new babies by supporting, educating, and encouraging them. I'm a non-judgmental, strong, knowledgeable ally for you while you go through the biggest change of your life. I can help make your recovery easier by providing amazing postpartum help!
What I do as your Postpartum Doula
Light housekeeping
Preparing and cooking wholesome meals for family
Helping siblings to adjust
Calming baby
Giving parents a break so they can nap/sleep
Care for baby during the night.
Feed or bring baby to mother to breastfeed during the night
Getting mom and baby to appointments if needed.
Aid with breastfeeding and referrals to other providers if necessary
Baby wearing instruction.
Meet mother/family at the hospital to help her gather her things when she takes the baby home.
Be with mother and partner at NICU if baby has a prolonged stay at the hospital before coming home.
