We pick-up the phone. Something as simple as picking-up the phone, can make all the difference. When arranging your trip, it is detrimental to be able to reach your pet sitter to make arrangements and also to know how your pups are doing. We answer every phone call placed between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Sunday. We want you to develop a relationship with us, not our answering machines.

We offer 24-hour, 7-days a week service (and on-call). If we miss your call during business hours, we promise to get back to you within 20 minutes. This sure comes in handy when you miss your babies while traveling.

Emergency action plan. We have employed an emergency plan in case an unforeseeable event happens. The closest pet sitter to your home will be dispatched once it is safe for us to do so, to care for your pets. We also carry ICE cards.

Free Introduction meeting. We provide you with a detailed folder during the free introduction, explaining our past experiences, copy of insurance and bond information but most importantly we listen attentively to our instructions.

We leave detailed messages on your fridge. This lets you know how your pets did while you were away, even those little silly things that you may have missed.

We are customer approved. We can provide you with an extensive list of testimonials, and client's ready to rave about our customer service, attention to detail, and love for animals.

Pet first aid certified. All of our pet sitters are pet first aid certified by the American Red Cross.

We are an accredited pet sitting company. We have passed the rigorous accreditation program of Pet Sitters International.
