I don't know Donna personally, I live in Pennsylvania. I do work at the school Donna studied with and received her certificate from, Penn Foster.

I can tell you that Donna did a great job with her studies. From her postings on the Penn Foster International facebook page, it is obvious that she is passionate about animals and their care.

By the way, Donna, if you can if you can give me the dog you are grooming...you have a taker! LOL!

I am amazed at Donna's rapid progression from her first grooming class to present. There's hardly anthing I can think of that your dog might need that Donna isn't the Go To Girl for. Can you say Concierge? Well, I can't, so Go To Girl it is...and 5 stars.

Thank You Miss Rebecca,Everyday we learn something new..Keep it fun for both of you!Get his tail wagging!...When you're struggling with clipping a dog's nails, and he finally allows you to cut one.You better make a party of it so the dog understands that he has just done a wonderful thing!Stop what you're doing and ruffle the fur on his head while praising and parting with him.Make it so pleasant that he almost wants you to clip another one!

Ms Arnold has worked very hard at learning all she can about pet grooming and dog training. She is quite dedicated to animal care, is compassionate, and wants the best for her own animals as well as for ALL animals. She is a true animal lover and will take great care with your pets.
