I have been taking my dog to Dog Loft for four years, unfortunately, after the last two experiences, we won't be returning. After a horrible cut and some small cuts (that were never mentioned to me when I picked him up) I was hesitant to go back, but chalked it up to one bad day out of many great haircuts over the years. Today, I dropped my dog off at 9:00 and at 12:30 still had not heard anything. I decided to wait in the Parking lot since I was out and didn't want to run all the way back home. After a few minutes, I saw the owner return with a carrier full of Starbucks. I decided to go in about 12:45 and see if my dog was done. The receptionist tells me he had been done for hours but there was "miscommunication" and no one called. The owner then came to say they had just been really busy and hadn't been able to call. My dog was in a crate for two hours and although they had time for a coffee run, couldn't manage two minutes to call me to let me know my dog was ready to go home. Disappointed in how this establishment has changed!
