Dr. Shirley E. Owner/CEO is a board certified family medicine physician. As a primary care physician she saw first hand that patients with chronic long term medical issues thrive more and are usually happier when they are cared for at home. Her fervent desire to help patients in the office setting as well as at their residence led her to open Doctors Touch Home health care. Dr. E. believes that each client should be cared for as though they were a family member which is the cornerstone to great customer service and clients satisfaction. With her background in healthcare as a physician, Dr Eugene enjoys finding new, innovative, efficient and cost effective ways to provide the highest quality home care services available to your loved ones.
