Disease Management Education,
Infusion Therapy IV/IG,
Catheter, G-tube feeding, Colostomy & Tracheotomy Care,
Post-Surgical Wound Care,
Assessment of Nutrition, Hydration, Bowel & Bladder Functions,
Medication Administration,
Patient Education,
Other services allowable under the Illinois State Nurse Practice Act.

HOME MAKER SERVICES:
Assist with grooming & dressing guidance,
Medication reminding,
Housekeeping laundry & linens services,
Live-in services and 24-hour care,
Special diets, cooking & meal preparation,
Shopping for groceries, toiletries, and other house shopping needs,
Errands,
Accompanying clients to & from appointments,
Mail and phone assistance & organization,
Companionship and conversation,
Assistance with bathing/showers,
Assistance with feeding,
Assistance with mobility and routine exercise,
Assistance with personal hygiene,
Restroom needs including toileting assistance,
Respite case or relief for family.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT:
Assist with getting medication filled and picked up from the pharmacy,
Patient/caregiver Education,
Biweekly medication preparation for compliance,
Compliance monitoring.

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANCE SERVICES:
Meal preparation & feeding,
Checking vital signs,
Personal care-bathing, grooming,
Dressing & Exercise.
