My groomer had left so I had a new one. When I picked my dogs up one of them was so scared she wouldn't come to me and was shaking. She did it all the way home. I can't prove anything but I think someone was mean to her. She's a people person. She has never acted that way before but I won't be back. Plus there shouldn't be a wall up so we can't see our dogs getting groomed

Took 2 dogs in. One got groomed and the other about 10% groomed. Got charged for complete grooming on both dogs. These people are unethical and are thieves! Also liars!

Mid October 2022 took in our 5 dogs for a bath, groom and nails. They were done in about 2.5 hours. However, none of them smelled as if they had had a bath, and it appeared they had they fur blown out. Their nails did not appear to have been cut. We will never take our dogs there again, and cannot recommend their services.

I thought I was getting a professional groom for my Old English Sheepdog. after showing the photo more than once they still gave her a summer cut even though they were able to demat her. Her legs and head are uneven, her genital area was cut even shorter is pink/inflamed, her tummy is cut even shorter is pink/inflamed and the inside of her ears were left with filth inside of them.
if she was difficult to handle I could be understanding had they explained that but they didn't. I shown them the photo of the cut I wanted 3 separate times with on the 3rd time they took their own photo. I even verbalized when showing the photo the first time that "I want her hair cut to just above her undercoat" that isn't what I got and I am disappointed in their skill set
