Direct Care Detroit has been providing care services for more than 10 years.
Our team is well-trained and experienced, ensuring that people who need assistance, either temporary or permanent, have access to the necessary services they deserve. The majority of our residents came to us by referral from existing residents and their families. Placement Services
We work with people in need, families, hospital staff, nursing home staff, and other referring sources to find residential placement in the tri-county and outlying areas so that an individual can live and thrive in the least restrictive and most beneficial living environment when they are not able to reside in their own homes

Goals
To assist individuals and their families with the transition to semi-independent living, assisted living, alternative care programs, or another appropriate setting so they can be connected with all resources available to meet their needs..
