I requested a cleaning service through Diaz Cleaning Service during Easter weekend. Service agreement was 2 girls would come in @ 10am, deep clean 5bedroom house with flat rate of $450.00. The day of service, only 1 girl showed up (late). Cleaned a little over an hour (to be exact, 1 hour 15 minutes) then she supposedly took off to pick up another girl. It took her over 2 hours to come back without THE GIRL she went to go pick up. Around 2:30pm, 2nd girl finally showed up to clean. Service agreement was a deep clean, 8-10hours of cleaning for price of $450.00 but ended up cleaning maybe approximately 7-8 hours, they didn't even bring a vacuum (ended up leaving again to go pick up their vacuum) and dust still visible. Additionally, I've asked to provide invoice/receipt after paying for service but a girl (main one) told me it would be emailed the next day but till now nothing. I texted the gal requesting receipt but she ignored my text. This company is unprofessional, unethical and full of bluff! All verbal agreement wasn't kept. They are quick to cash my check but doesn't provide a receipt to their serviced customer! I would never go back for their service, not only that but would never recommend it to anyone either. It was waste of my money and full of disappointment.
