I am a 15-year veteran educator with a distinct passion for implementing a customized education-hence my desire to found The DesignED Thinking School. I specialize in customizing learning solutions, curriculum design, and tutoring services, but I've spent the last decade serving as a teacher and administrator based in South Florida. I truly love what I do for a living. My educational philosophy is based on the premise that the educator's role is to stimulate and guide learners through a curriculum of knowledge, skills, and attitudes through the use of technology and experiences. I'm fortunate to possess an ability to make learning fun for students by engaging them with enthusiasm and a dedication to curiosity. I teach by playing games, utilizing mnemonic devices, and by studying how each individual student learns so that I can personalize an educational strategy tailored to that particular student. Consequently, students pursue and develop their own personal talents, abilities, passions, and interests for success.
