Hi was charged for a flat rate deep cleaning and did not receive that at all. There are parts of my house that were not cleaned at all and the parts that were cleaned were not cleaned well, just water and rag no cleaning products. When I complained I was told that they did the best they could because a typical cleaning should only take two hours and I should have booked an all day cleaning. But if it's flat rate it shouldn't go by the hour. I will never use them for anything again!
