Lorrie and her team are truly exceptional. Their work is efficient and very thorough. Her staff is both autonomous and well-supervised, and she trains each of them to her own exacting standards (I've watched her do it). They communicate well, are trustworthy, and show up on time. I'm more than comfortable having them in my home, and they don't bat an eye at my crazy kids and pets! The work really is exceptional.
Not only that, but Lorrie is probably the kindest person I have ever met, and that caring attitude is transmitted by her staff as well. I always feel a sense of relief when they arrive. They don't just clean - they leave a feeling of care and comfort behind when they leave. Yes, it's a business (and worth every penny), but they also really seem to enjoy taking one of life's burdens off of your hands.
I just can say enough about this wonderful family business.

Today was the second cleaning by DCD and I'm very happy with the way my house looks. Their price is competitive with others I have used. I hope they keep up the standard of clean I expect. Good job Lorrie and crew.

Steer clear of Lorrie. She is not licensed or insured as she claims. She has had several previous care dot com accounts and she deletes them once they become full of negative 1 star reviews. You have been warned!

Steve, I am not sure who you are. I believe you are a employee that was let go for not showing up for work. However because this is my page I will respond to your comment. I am licensed Steve. I have paperwork to prove that comment. No insurance yet. however I will in time, and have Never told anyone I had insurance. I am honest. I been getting my home cleaned 1/2 of Deep Cleaning DUO for four years now. So happy she now has partner . I trust this lady immensely. She has kept my home in perfect shape for four years. She even does baseboards. . She is great! Can't say enough.

Deep Cleaning Duo has been cleaning my house for a year. I heard about them from my friend. I was so proud when they became a official business.deep cleaning deal is to hard-working girls that clean like a company should clean. They don't just wipe they scrub.When I come home and smell clean smell as soon as I open the door I'm so impressed with these two that's all I can say!
