This guy here called my office with a terrible and abrasive attitude and when I told him that we clean our floors ourselves (we're a small family owned business) he snapped back and me and yelled that we cannot professionally clean them ourselves. I told him if we DID need them professionally cleaned, it wouldn't be from him after the way he just yelled at me.
