Our mission here at DHC Agency is to enhance the quality of life by providing not only affordable but efficient private home care services in the comfort of each of our clients home. We strive to help maintain independence while providing social, physical, and spiritual support. We understand that needs vary from client to client, which is why, one of our amazing and highly skilled RN's come to each home to customize a plan of care to fit the need of each our clients. We specialize in Alzheimer's/Dementia care andone way we're set apart is that we have not one, but two RN's who are always on call for our clients, whenever they're in need. Our caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants/Personal Care Aides who are fully pre-screened, bonded, and specially trained to meet the needs of our clients. We are a 24 hour agency who strive to provide great services to not only our clients but our community as well. Our services offered are included, but not limited to: Personal Care, Companionship, Meal Prep, Medication Reminders, Light Housekeeping, Personal Hygiene, Respite care, and End of Life Care. Because we strive to meet the unique needs of each family, we offer Extended Care Packages which are specifically designed for families who do not need full time care.
