I grew up on a farm. I am experienced with all types of farm animals. I have had horses from the age of three. I have been exposed to all forms of horse care from basic, to the world extreme travels of high-end horses. I was trained to travel with horses and watch their every move, attitude and notice even the smallest of changes. This has paid off for me in several ways and is an excellent training for evaluating other animals stressed by a change in care. This has also run over in an open mind, wide eye to the mild changes in parrots that can mean so much more, as they rarely show definite signs of illness, and are always attached to their loved ones. I enjoy the exercise involved in caring for animals, I am average in size but a good worker, so throwing hay, moving feed bags and simple exercising of animals is NOT at all a challenge to my physical abilities. While I specialize in horses and parrots I love dogs, I miss having one of my own! I am eager to help out with any house pets, farm animals, or even apply for part time help with other organizations. I am always eager to learn more, add to my experiences with animals, as with humans... all animals are different even if of the same family.


As far as handling emergencies... I am well stocked with all medical supplies, connections to MY vet as well, as I require vet information on ALL animals under my care for emergencies.

I have transportation for horses, parrots, and dogs unless it is a Great Dane size dog of which I do NOT own a travel cage. All others are covered!
