Dash Point Highlands Child Care and Learning Center (formally known as Country Bear Child Care) has been providing a loving home environment since July 1997. As a family home child care, we provide a safe and nurturing environment for children where they learn and grow socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively at their own pace. We foster interpersonal relationships among children and adults in order to provide an educational experience of the highest quality built upon the belief that children have a natural disposition for learning and an innate curiosity that, when intentionally and carefully nurtured, blossoms into a life-long love of learning. Dash Point Highlands Child Care and Learning Center is a place where parents can feel confident that their children are receiving the very best care and education. We are licensed by the State of Washington Department of Early Learning and adhere to the Family Home Child Care Licensing Rules Chapter 170-296A.
