This lady Darlene is despicable and very uncomfortable very unprofessional. I picked up my fur baby yesterday and he was nervous and shaking so badly it was ridiculous. He was supposed to have his leash but she says he didn't have one when he was picked up. I came 35 late and they still Hadnt cut his nails yet and she didn't file them not until I got there and she she didn't smooth them. So they were still sharp. And I doubt she bathe him. I called her this morning and I told her about it and I and she cussed me out . I told her that she is unprofessional and unreasonable. And if she keeps up I will report her and I definitely will. But he will not be going back there ever. It's important to look at reviews because of this unnecessary behavior.
