I called for same day service around noon on Wednesday, December 7th. I was told she would arrive at 4:30pm but she did not arrive until after 6pm. She began cleaning the refrigerator with a dry cloth and professional strength chemical. I asked for her to use soap and water. She became angry stating that she was a professional and no one could tell her how to do her job. My response was that if someone was paying you to do the job then they could. She and her worker left immediately. I wasted time waiting on her to arrive and then she left soon after because I wanted her to use soap and water to clean the kitchen. She did me a favor because the person I hired next did a fantastic job.
