Hi! I am an AMI Certified Montessori Teacher and am offering care in my home in the 78737 zip code. Situated on 3 wooded acres with a fenced area for little ones we offer a small farm setting with (soon to be) chickens, a dog and a cat for your child to experience the love and compassion that comes with caring for pets. We prepare our own snacks and lunches (unless you prefer to send one) and offer nap/clothing laundering and potty training- which means less work for you, parents!. The academic environment comes fully equipped with Montessori materials that meet the developmental need for ages 2-4 to engage in Self-Care, Care of the Environment, Language, Math, Science, Culture and The Arts-with particular emphasis on music and performance.
A mom of three grown children with 22 years experience in Montessori School and home settings, I have excellent references, am CPR/First Aid certified and employ ALL state safety measures in my home. Enrollment will not exceed six children ages 2-4. We are available Monday through Friday from 8-4 and follow a competitive pay scale for a full or half day schedule.
