Im a teacher who is taking a few years off to stay home with my little one! He's 2 months old now and I love every minute of it.
My husband works as a Anesthesiologist and i'm home with the little guy all day. I'm looking to nanny another child in my home during the day alongside my little. Ideally it would be a mother looking to return to work who needs child care for an infant. I would also be ok with a sibling pair. For nearly 7 years I was a nanny while I was in college studying to become a teacher. I still have a great relationship with that family (and the kiddos are almost old enough to watch MY little boy now).
My style of parenting is very positive. If I had to describe it I would say I ascribe to "attachment style" parenting. I love wearing my little and feel that responding to my baby's cues early on is the best way to build trust between caregiver and infant. I hope to care for any children in my home in that manner.
