* Fulltime Housekeeper:
* Pickup Clean linens and towels at Laundry
* Pick up keys to assigned units to clean with work cell Nextel
* Go to storage and drop off all clean linens and towels and inventory/sorted where it belongs
* I make sure there is all the cleaning supplies we need to clean or replenish it by telling boss.
* go to the units and park in guest parking and check in with security and than go into the units
* I am in charge of inventory, quantity, quality control of all cleaning supplies, linens, towels, etc
* I start cleaning them by first picking up all dirty towels and linens from the bathrooms and bedrooms than empty all trash cans and replace them with clean liners
* I put all dirty linens and towel into a clear laundry plastic bag
* Go about fixing the beds with clean linens and replace the towels with clean ones folded in a hotel manner.
* I start wiping down all topical surfaces in kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms from top to bottom.
* I finish by sweeping/mopping/ and vacuuming the carpet if needed.
* I then go to the office and drop off the unit keys and Nextel.
* I clean 6 to 7 units a day which consist of single rooms to two rooms with their own bathrooms.
* I work all by myself with less direction unless there is a change in the schedule or more important situations arise that needs to be done right away.
* I go out of my way to make the tenants feel at home even if they are far away from home by treating them to aloha spirit of Hawaii, and a smile.
* Drop off the dirty linens to the laundry that weighs 100 lbs+ everyday and wait for a receipt written by the laundry on Nuuanu to give to boss
* I left my good job, I was given a choice job or kids, I chose my children over the job.
