I am a loving stay-at-home mother to a 7 year old. I currently am watching a one year old and teaching her Baby Sign Language. I will work with your child(ren) appropriately with their age and learning levels; I am also willing to accommodate special needs. I realize everyone parents differently and will do my best to follow your requests. I previously nannied two children, and also worked for York County Children and Youth Services. I studied (did not graduate) both Music Education and Secondary Mathematics Education. I was a classroom volunteer for both years of preschool and kindergarten for my 7 year old. I am fairly flexible time-wise, although I am unavailable the first Friday of each month. I am willing to help with homework if you are looking for before/after school care. I am in the Pleasantview Elementary area. I can also give piano lessons if you would like! I have played the piano for approximately 25 years now; also, I took ballet for 12 years. We do have both a dog and cat in our home, if allergies are a concern; and use a woodstove to heat our home (completely gated off away from little fingers!).
