Being a Nanny myself, I realized that Most Families do not have the time to interview, investigate, and check up on Nannies. In addition, Families need more than a Nanny to ensure they are always covered at all times. Parents need the security and peace of mind that in the event of anything, whether it be their Nanny calling in and needing a back up, or a much needed date night, even last minute or overnight freedom. Children also need the safety and comfort of having a Nanny team that truly adores them and is fit for their specific needs, not just the needs of Children in general. My Bachelors Degree program, having to recently interview for a backup Nanny for my family, and my deep attachment to the Children I Nannie, has given me the necessary skills to ensure all of these things to Families and their Children. Each of the Families enrolled are part of a Family, not a business. All Families are assigned a Nanny, back up Nanny, and date night sitter of their own to ensure their schedules are always covered. In addition, the Nanny team assigned is ensured to fit the specific needs and personalities of the Children. For extra security and peace of mind to Mom and Dad, I go from home to home, checking on the Children and their Assigned, loving Nanny. My in home, unannounced visits to the Children and their Nanny can be set by the Parents to be Daily, multiple days, or even just once a week check ins.
