I used there services to do a deep clean of my house and could not have been happier, prompt, professional, and reasonable priced. They also did a fantastic job.

I used this service. Fine in beginning then got horrible. I sent photos 2x. Asked Crystal to supervise. Floors dirty, pillows on floor, beds not neat. Very inferior. Do not use. Owner hiring schlock.

I would absolutely NOT use this cleaning service. I reached out to Crystal about doing a cleaning between when people left our unit and when we arrived one week ago. I asked for a cleaning & sanitization bc of the current covid situation and specified to clean surfaces, bathrooms and floors. Someone let them in and then left for them to clean and I was completely shocked to arrive to see that not a single counter, surface, floor or bathroom was cleaned. Crystal charged me for 6 hours of cleaning and didn't clean a thing - $382.20 to be exact. We could wipe dust from every surface and there was dirt all over the floors. And the neighbors saw them leave fairly quickly after arriving we later found out. When I asked Crystal what exactly they did for 6 hours and $382.20 she said "I'm sorry, I thought we were just to sanitize." She completely took advantage of the situation of someone not being there and I guess thought I wouldn't notice not a thing being cleaned/sanitized. Even with just a "sanitization" that they claimed to provide I should not see dust on all surfaces and bathrooms and floors not touched. And she couldn't have been ruder and more unprofessional about it, which seems to be consistent with a few other reviews. Please please please think twice before ever using this service. You will way over pay for a cleaning service to have to hire someone else or do it yourself. And even scarier to think you are getting a good cleaning with sanitization procedures in place to not have that done and put everyone at risk during this covid situation.

Crystal and Co were good the first season, but last year communications, details and cleaning equipment went missing...hoping she can get back on track but we are done.

This is the most unprofessional cleaning business I have ever encountered. First of all there is a website that was deleted by the owner because of bad reviews, which in my opinion is both deceitful and unprofessional. Also the owner of this company, whom is also the same individual who schedules services has horrible communication skills and lacks dignity. This company has been fired by several businesses and residents due to poor and insufficient work ethic. Also if your home is protected by security codes, or alarm systems, hiring this company will result in a breech of that information. I am a huge believer in ratings and references. My advice, keep your home and assets safe by hiring another cleaning company. This one just simply cannot be trusted.
