I used to take my ornery cat to a pet boarder. He received excellent care, but would become very stressed at the change of environment. The sitter suggested that he might be more comfortable with an in home sitter.

I read many positive reviews for Critter Care, so I decided to give them a chance when I had my last vacation. I arranged to have someone come twice a day. Brittany and Andi we absolutely wonderful with Caspian. They made sure he had food, checked the water level in his fountain, scooped the litter box, and played with Caspian. Twice a day I received text messages stating what had been done, and contained several pictures of my happy cat. Brittany and Andi also made sure there was a light on in the house at night, and opened and closed my blinds and curtains. Bonus - they even brought my garbage can in off the street and brought in my mail that was delivered at the end of my vacation (I didn't even ask them to do that).

Almost forgot - Critter Care has an app that makes scheduling, communication, and payment very easy. I will definitely be using them again the next time I go on vacation.
