Cristie's Cuties In Home Childcare

7:00am ~ 5:30pm

~My name is Cristie, but I go by Cris to parents and the kids call me "Miss TT", One of my daycare children dubbed me that and it stuck!
~I currently have Limited Full-Time openings in my child care home for children 6 weeks old and up.

A little bit about me....
~I have been in the childcare business for about 20 years. I have been providing childcare services full time for a little over 15 years.
~My home is pet friendly. I have very sweet animals. Cats and dogs live here if there are allergy concerns.
~I try to provide a safe, secure and fun environment for children to learn, play and grow.
~I am a stickler for manners. So don't be surprised if your child/ren comes home using "please" and "thank you" a lot!
~I encourage independence with eating and playing, and I try to teach children to use words to resolve problems instead of "tattling" all of the time.
~I teach children about "stranger danger", and that NO definitely means NO!!!
~ During our daily routine, there is also a constant practice of numbers, letters, colors, shapes and so on.
~Every child is treated as an individual, and is always treated as an equal!
~We love to celebrate things such as holidays and birthdays! We will decorate and have a very special snack on such occasions.
~On a personal note..... I am a snuggler, and I love hugs, so if your child is the snuggly type, then we are in business!!
~Other activities that are done during the course of our day would be reading with your child/ren, treasure hunts, singing time, counting games, hand/eye coordination skills, motor skills and things of that nature.
~We do not sit in front of a television all day. That is not the proper way to develop a strong mind!
~I always praise when a child has shown exceptional behavior. And I also give reward incentives like stickers, or small treats.
~We do go on field trips when we can (weather permitting of course) and we try to go outside at least three times a week when it is warm.
