Absolutely terrible! My appointment was for 11:30 my fiancé called around 1:30 and no answer. He went down there and they haven't even started them yet!!! They were done around 2:45. Once he had left our pup had three nails bleeding and they chose not to tell us this. He called them and they hung up on him!!! I would recommend anywhere other then them! Very unprofessional
