I thought as a company Creature Comforts of Columbia was incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible with my animals. Some forceable motions were used while my dog was on the leash and this stems from improper training, along with no direction from the top. Along with this, if you were to work for Creature Comforts DO NOT expect quality management. Workers here are 1) disrespected 2) unequally compensated 3) and "cogs in the machine" to the owner, signifying a Theory X Pessimistic management style. Again, I would not recommend using or working for Creature Comforts of Columbia.

We feel so happy with this service. It gives us the piece of mind to be gone for a couple of days - knowing our pet is so well taken care of!
